Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. Please notify us immediately (within 1-2 days of delivery) via email (hello@uvinaskin.com) with the following:
- Details of the issue
- A picture of the item
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are committed to providing products that are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, please email us right away at hello@uvinaskin.com so that we can resolve your issue.
Missed Discount Codes
Any applicable discount code must be applied during checkout before payment is finalized. Partial refunds reflecting the non-entered (missed) discount code will not be applied after sale is finalized.
Delayed Packages
Delayed shipments are AWFUL and we hate them as much as you do! Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, we cannot control some extenuating circumstances which may cause delays for the shipping carrier, such as weather, events, holidays, etc.
In the case that a shipment is delayed, we will wait a full 21 days before considering the package "lost".
We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered".
